TENI is hiring a Training and Policy Coordinator to support training delivery and policy development. The successful candidate will work closely with the Policy Officer to deliver training sessions, research and develop policy, and support community engagement initiatives around our key policy areas.
This is a fixed-term part-time role, working two days a week for three months. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitation/public speaking, and some
understanding of current issues and policy areas for the transgender community.
Main Responsibilities
● Deliver transgender awareness training sessions
● Develop training resources to support training delivery and learning outcomes
● Support Policy Officer in research, writing and development of papers on key policy issues
● Support Policy Officer in community engagement on policy issues
Essential Criteria
● Experience delivering training/workshops
● Experience engaging with community groups or other stakeholders
● Strong presentation skills
● Strong writing skills
● Strong organisational skills
Some experience in facilitating focus groups and/or consolidating consultation feedback is desirable.
Terms and conditions
This position will be a part-time (2 days per week) fixed term contract for 3 months, and can be based anywhere in Ireland. From time to time the successful candidate may be asked to work from the Dublin office.

Salary
€115 per day with a minimum 2 days per week. From time to time there may be additional days available for commensurate pay.
