We are also happy to reveal our Sports National Governing Bodies (hereafter as NGB’s) Policy Tracker! This tracker will be a database of all NGB policies relating to trans people participating and competing in sports. Currently, the tracker does not have all of the NGB’s policies, as we haven’t been able to contact them all yet. We aim to update throughout the Sports for All project.
We created this tracker so that the trans community in Ireland can have access to the information around participating and competing in sports. We hope this will encourage the community to be aware of the current policy landscape in Ireland, and to get more involved in sports. We hope that you will find this tracker easy to use, and we suggest coming back to it in the future when we have more information.
