Role Overview
TENI is hiring an Operations Officer on a 9-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.
The Operations Officer will support the TENI team to help in our mission to assist and advocate for the trans community nationally. This role will be hybrid, with minimum 2 days per week in our Dublin office.
We are looking for a self motivated, energetic person with a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be familiar with project management methodologies and will have experience of working to strategy. They will also have some experience working within a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Admin and operational support for all TENI projects.
- Project Management of TENI’s participation in Pride Festivals nationally.
- Reporting on all TENI operations.
- Communications such as social media scheduling, updating the website, and newsletter assembly.
- Tracking and managing memberships.
- Invoice tracking and generation.
- Maintenance of Garda Vetting and Lobbying Log
- Occasional training delivery
Person Specification
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in Project Management.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience, which can include lived experience, working with the trans community.
- Willingness to travel on occasion.
Terms and conditions
This position will be part-time (3 days per week, 22.5 hours). This is a temporary 9 month contract, with the possibility of extension.
