TENI Welcomes New Operations Manager

TENI are delighted to announce the appointment of Aisling Dolan as our new Operations Manager. Aisling will be joining us on the 6th June 2023 after a successful career across a variety of leadership roles within the private sector.

Aisling is an experience campaigner and advocate for equality having previously been a TENI volunteer and having worked for over a decade on campaigns from equal marriage to the repeal the 8th amendment referendum and more

Commenting on the appointment TENI Interim CEO Tara Hewitt said: ”We are excited for Aisling to be joining us and bringing a wealth of experience and skills to our already talented team. Aisling has a track record of both being committed to equality and the values we hold as an organisation and also delivering as an effective and supportive leader throughout her career. I am looking forward to working with Aisling, as we continue our work to achieve a world where all people, regardless of gender identity or expression enjoy full acceptance, equality and human rights.”

Aisling commented on her appointment saying: ”I am delighted to be joining the TENI team. I have supported the work of this organisation since my first time volunteering with them in 2012. In the intervening years I have been encouraged by the changes they have been instrumental in achieving in Ireland, culturally and legislatively. I am excited to be part of the next steps that TENI take at this critical time for Trans Rights in Ireland. I hope to use my experience in private enterprise to build processes that support this mission. Volunteering with TENI has also always been close to my heart and, if I’m honest, it is very special to me that it gets to be my job!”
