Gender Recognition 'Blog Carnival' - Human Rights in Ireland

Today marks the 5th anniversary of Dr Lydia Foy's victory in the High Court. To mark this date, TENI participated in a 'blog carnival' on the Human Rights in Ireland blog. Six articles are being published every 30 minutes starting at 11am.

The articles highlight the delay in the introduction of gender recognition legislation in Ireland and focus on the legal, political and personal difficulties associated with the proposed recommendations of forced divorce and a diagnosis of Gender Identity Disorder.
